Refund policy

1. If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you will have the option to exchange it for another item, color or size.
   
   
2. You can request a return voucher valid for 1 year.
   
   
3. You can return your product and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
   
   
4. The refund will be made with the same payment method used during the purchase.
   
   
5. The cost of the return is free in Italy on the new collection and is subject to a payment on items on sale at a cost of € 3.90
   
   
6. The return cost for purchases made in Europe is €15.
   
   
7. The return cost for purchases made outside Europe is €35.
   
   
   RETURNS ON BAGS AND ACCESSORIES:
   
   Since the bags are produced before being shipped, it is not possible to return them once purchased for a refund. However, it is possible to replace it with another bag or with the same item in another colour.
