Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

At Pepperina, we want every purchase to be a wonderful experience.
If something isn't right or the fit isn't perfect, you can request an exchange or refund quickly and easily.

📌 Come and request a response or a change

One of our representatives will contact you to arrange a pickup date and time. The courier will come directly to your home.

✨ Return policy

You can return the product and request the refund or a Return voucher valid for 1 year .
The request must be made within 14 days from receipt of the order.
During the period of the Sales, Black Friday and promotions , requests must be made within 7 days from receipt of order.

🎁 Size change

The size exchange is free in Italy (valid for one exchange only). During the sales period, it is subject to a fee. at a cost of €3.90
For items from the new collection, returns are also free on orders over €90.

🚚 Shipping and returns costs

Italy: Free shipping on orders over €90, otherwise €3.90.
THEThe return cost is free on the new collection above €90 and is paid during the sales period, Black Friday and other promotions at a cost of €5.90
Europe: €13.
Outside Europe: €30.

📦Returned product conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

intact as received,
never used,
undamaged,
complete with original packaging.

👜 Returns on bags and accessories

The bags are custom made for each customer.
For this reason We do not provide financial refunds on these articles.

It is possible:

request an item exchange within 14 days, or
request a good to be used within 1 year .

The bag must be in original condition and never used.
We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet the requirements.

💳 Refund Policy

The refund will be made with the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within 14 working days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
