📦 Shipping

Orders are shipped via express courier in 24/48 working hours (excluding islands) , from Monday to Friday. 

Please note:
We invite you to carefully check the data entered when ordering (address, extension, name, intercom).

Shipping costs (Italy):

  • New collection: free above €90, otherwise €3.90.

  • During Sales, Black Friday and Promotions:  €3.90

Europe: €13, Free over €150
Outside Europe: €35

We accept credit/debit cards, prepaid cards, Klarna, bank transfer, and cash on delivery.


🚚 Processing and tracking times

Orders are prepared every working day.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link .

During busy periods (Sales, Black Friday, holidays), preparation times may extend to 3/5 working days , but we always guarantee processing in the shortest time possible.

🔄 Right of Withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014.

The request must be made by:

  • 14 days from receipt of the order

  • 7 days during sales, Black Friday or promotions

The product must be returned:

  • whole,

  • never used,

  • undamaged,

  • with original packaging.


🔁 Exchange in store (for online purchases)

It is possible to exchange the product in store within 7 days from delivery, presenting:

  • never used item,

  • order confirmation printed.


🔁 Online exchange

  • About the New Collection: Free size exchange in Italy (valid for one exchange).

  • During Sales and Promotions: exchange or return at the cost of €5.90 .
    The request must be made within 14 days from receipt of the order.


📦 Return Policy

The product must be returned:

  • intact

  • never used

  • undamaged

  • complete with all accessories and protective elements (internal paper, any bags, accessories, etc.)

  • with original packaging perfectly intact

⚠️ The original box is an integral part of the product.

You must not present:

  • written

  • directly applied labels

  • duct tape

  • tears

  • crushing

  • obvious signs of damage

The original box must not be used as external packaging for return shipment.
It is recommended to use additional external protective packaging to preserve its integrity.


⚖️ Decrease in the value of the asset

Pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

In case of:

  • original packaging damaged

  • improper use of packaging

  • lack of protective elements

  • signs of use

  • product not suitable for resale as new

Pepperina Calzature reserves the right to apply a withholding proportionate to the decrease in value of the asset on the amount to be refunded.

Each return undergoes a quality check before a refund is authorized.


💳 Refunds

For the new collection (excluding bags and accessories):

  • request within 14 days ,

  • during sales/promotions within 7 days .

The refund will be made via the original payment method. within 14 working days from receipt of the return in the warehouse.

Used, damaged or products without original packaging cannot be refunded .


🔒 Abnormal use of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal must be exercised according to principles of fairness and good faith.

Pepperina Calzature reserves the right to limit or refuse future sales to customers who make an anomalous or repeated use of the right of withdrawal, such as to constitute behavior contrary to the principles of contractual good faith.

If systematic purchasing and return behaviors are detected that are inconsistent with a normal product testing experience, preventive measures may be taken, including limiting future orders.



👜 Bags and Accessories

The bags are made on request for every customer.

For this reason:

We do not provide financial refunds
✔️ you can request:

  • a change article within 14 days, or

  • a voucher valid for 1 year

The bag must be:

  • never used,

  • in original condition.

If a seasonal shade is not available for production, we propose:

  • an alternative model, or immediate refund.



🧵 In the "Put into Production" section 

Products purchased in the section “Put into Production” they come made specifically upon customer request, as the selected size is not available in the ready-made collection.
Production and delivery times require 15/20 days for delivery.

If a product is customized, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal or request a refund pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code (personalized or made-to-measure goods).

We therefore invite you to carefully check:

  • model,

  • color,

  • cut,

before confirming the order.

Pick up in store

You can buy online and pick up in store.
Please wait for the confirmation email before going to the store.

Upon collection, you can try on the products and exchange them in store.

For orders picked up in store:

❌ No financial reimbursement is foreseen
✔️ a is issued voucher valid for 1 month


💵 Cash on delivery

Available at additional cost of €5 .
After ordering, you will receive a confirmation WhatsApp message:
if we do not receive a response within 24 hours , the order will be automatically cancelled.

You can buy now and pay later with Klarna, with 30 days to decide whether to keep or return the product.
