SHIPMENT

From the moment the order is confirmed please check carefully all the data entered and the shipping address, also indicating any internal numbers on the intercom!

Shipping takes place via TNT or DHL courier in 24/48 working hours excluding holidays.

Shipping is free on the new collection for orders over €90 and is €3.90 during sales and promotions. All major credit cards are accepted. And prepaid, online payments with Klarna, bank transfer, cash on delivery.

SHIPPING TIMES 

Orders are processed daily, excluding holidays! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email from our courier or staff with a link to track your order. There are exceptional cases or periods of high order influx that may slightly slow down processing times, such as: during the Sales and Black Friday In these cases, we always guarantee delivery of your order within 3-5 working days. All "Bag" orders will be shipped twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays when they are available. 


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods in the same condition in which they were received within 14 days of receiving the order and 7 days during the Sales period.

CHANGE IN STORE 

If you purchased online, you can also exchange your item directly in our store. In-store exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply show up at the store with the unused product you wish to exchange and a printed copy of your order confirmation, which includes your order number, the products purchased, and the amount spent. Without this receipt, the exchange will not be possible.

ONLINE EXCHANGE

Item or size exchanges are free for the new collection, excluding sales and promotional periods. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. During sales and promotions, the exchange fee is €5.90.


REFUNDS 

For the New Collection (excluding accessories), you can request a refund for an item returned within 14 days of receiving the product and within 7 days during the Sales period.
The shoes we ship undergo rigorous checks before being delivered to our customers. Therefore, in the event of damage, refunds for returned products will not be possible.

ORDERS WITH STORE PICK UP

From our shop you can also purchase by choosing to collect in store, and go directly to the Milan store in Via Rubens 3 (De Angeli) to collect the goods already paid for. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation by email as soon as your order is ready. Do not go to the store before receiving the confirmation message that your order is ready. At the time of collection you can try the purchased products and possibly change them if they do not fit.

PAYMENTS ON DELIVERY WITH CASH ON DELIVERY
During checkout, you can choose cash on delivery. The shipping fee for cash on delivery payments is €5, which will be applied during checkout.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp. You must reply to this message and confirm your purchase within 24 hours before it will be shipped. Without a reply, your order will be automatically cancelled.


PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES FOR BAGS AND ACCESSORIES

When you purchase a bag that's generally in stock, it's shipped within the usual 1-2 days. If it's out of stock because it could sell out at any time, it will be produced within 5-7 business days and delivered to your home. Please note that during the changeover between fall/winter and spring/summer, some seasonal colors may be out of stock and therefore not produced. In this case, don't worry, your order will be refunded or you will be offered a color very close to your choice.

Refunds on bags and accessories

All bags ordered through our website are made for each customer and delivered at a later date. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds for bags ordered.

However, we understand that our customers may change their mind or want a different bag, so we offer the option to request an exchange. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to initiate the exchange process.

Alternatively, we offer a voucher valid for one year from the date of issue, which can be used towards the purchase of other products on our website. If you wish to request a voucher, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please note that in order to exchange an item or request a voucher, the bag must be in its original condition and never used. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or voucher request that does not meet these requirements.
