SHIPMENT

From the moment of order confirmation, please check carefully all the data entered and the shipping address, also indicating any internal numbers on the intercom!

Shipping is via TNT or DHL courier within 24/48 working hours excluding holidays.

Shipping costs are free on the new collection for orders over €90 and are charged during the sales period or promotions at a cost of €3.90. Major credit cards are acceptedAnd prepaid, online payments with Klarna, bank transfer, cash on delivery.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are processed day by day excluding holidays! Once the order leaves you will receive an email from our courier or our staff, with the link to track the shipment of your order. There are exceptional cases or periods of large influx of orders, which slow down the preparation times a little, such asduring the Sales and Black Fridayin these cases we always guarantee delivery of the order in 3/5 working days. All "Bags" orders will be shipped 2 times a week on Tuesdays and Fridays when they are available.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawalAndregulated pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014. If the customerAndA consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide explanations.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods in the same condition in which they were received within 14 days of receiving the order.
During the Sale period, products must be returned within 7 days.

CHANGE IN STORE

In case of online purchase, it is also possible to make an exchange directly in our store. The exchange in store must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Just show up at the store with the product to be exchanged without having ever used it and the printed copy of your order confirmation, which indicates the order number, the products purchased and the amount spent. Without this receipt it will not be possible to make the exchange.


REFUNDS

About the New Collection, you can request a refund for a returned item within 14 days of receiving the product.

During the sales period We remind you that the refund must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

ORDERS WITH STORE PICK UP

From our shop you can also purchase by choosing to collect in store, and go directly to the Milan store in Via Rubens 3 (De Angeli) to collect the goods already paid for. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation by email as soon as your order is ready. Do not go to the store before receiving the confirmation message that your order is ready. At the time of collection you can try the purchased products and possibly change them if they do not fit.

Pepperina Footwear does notAndrequired to provide a financial refund, but the buyer will be able to use a voucher to be spent within one month for the same amount spent.


INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS WITH KLARNA

Buy now, pay later withclearWe are excited to announce a new flexible payment option available to you at checkout. Select Klarna at checkout and you will have 30 days to decide whether or not to keep the items purchased before the payment is due.


PAYMENTS ON DELIVERY WITH CASH ON DELIVERY
During checkout you can choose the cash on delivery method. The shipping costs for managing cash on delivery payments are €5 which will be applied during checkout.
At the end of the purchase the customer will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp message to which he/she will have to reply and confirm the purchase before being shipped within and no later than 12 hours. Without any confirmation reply the order will be automatically cancelled.


PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES ON BAGS AND ACCESSORIES

When you buy a bag that is generally in stock, it is shipped in the usual 1/2 days. If there is no stock because it could be finished at any time, it will be produced within 5/7 working days and delivered to your home. It should be kept in mind that during the change of season between autumn/winter and spring/summer, some shades of colors related to the season could be out of stock and therefore not be produced. In this case, do not worry because your order will be refunded or you will be offered a color very close to your choice.
