SHIPPING

From the moment of confirmation of the order, please check all the data entered and the shipping address, also indicating any internal numbers on the intercom!

Shipping takes place via TNT or DHL courier in 24/48 working hours excluding holidays.

The shipping costs are free on the new collection on amounts over € 69.99 and are paid during the sales and promotions period at a cost of € 3.90 up to 5 kg (about two pairs of footwear). Major credit cards accepted And Prepaid, Klarna payment, bank transfer, cash on delivery.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are processed day by day excluding holidays! Once the order has been sent, you will receive an email from our courier or from our staff, with the link to monitor the shipment of your order. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal Is Regulated under Lgs.21/2014. If the customer Is A consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods in the same conditions in which it was received within 14 days of receipt of the order.

SHIFT IN STORE

In case of online purchase, you can also make a change directly in our store. The exchange in the store must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Just go to the shop with the product to be exchanged without having ever used it and the printed copy of your order confirmation, which indicates the order number, the products purchased and the amount spent. Without this receipt it will not be possible to make the exchange.


REFUNDS
On the New Collection and during the Sale period, you can request a refund of an item returned within 14 days of receipt of the product.
On end-of-series Outlet products, a refund is allowed only with an item change or with a voucher that can be spent within 6 months.
The footwear we ship is subject to rigorous checks before being delivered to our customers, therefore in case of damage, it will not be possible to obtain refunds of the returned products.

ORDERS WITH STORE WITHDRAWAL

From our shop it is also possible to buy by choosing in-store collection, and go directly to the Milan store in Via Rubens 3 (De Angeli) to collect the goods already paid for. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready. Do not go to the shop before receiving the confirmation message that your order is ready. At the time of collection, it is possible to try the products purchased and possibly change them if they do not fit.

PRODUCTION TIMES AND DELIVERY ON BAGS AND ACCESSORIES

When you buy a bag that is generally in stock, it is usually shipped within 1/2 days. If there is no stock because at any time it could be finished, it will be produced with times between 5/7 working days and delivered to your home. It must be kept in mind that during the change of season between autumn/winter and spring/summer some shades of colors related to the season could be out of stock and therefore not be produced. In this case no fear because your order will be refunded or you will be offered a color very close to your choice.

REFUNDS ON BAGS AND ACCESSORIES

All bags ordered through our website are custom produced for each customer and delivered later. Therefore, we do not accept returns for bags ordered, nor do we provide refunds for these products.

However, we are aware that our customers may change their mind or may want a different bag, therefore we offer the possibility to request an item change. If you would like to exchange, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to start the exchange process.

Alternatively, we offer a voucher to be consumed within one year from the date of issue, which can be used for the purchase of other products on our website. If you would like to request a voucher, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

We remind you that in order to change an item or request a voucher, the bag must be in original condition and never used. We reserve the right to refuse any request for a change or voucher that does not meet these requirements.
