Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

At Pepperina, we want every purchase to be a wonderful experience.
If something isn't right or the fit isn't perfect, you can request an exchange or refund quickly and easily.

📌 Need to Request an Exchange or Return?

1. Send an email to resipepperina@gmail.com indicating your order number and the reason for your return in the subject.

2. One of our representatives will contact you to arrange a pickup date and time. The courier will come directly to your home/office/concierge/collection point.

✨ Return policy

• You can return the product and request the refund or a voucher valid for 1 year.
  By choosing the voucher, we will give you 10% more on the amount you spent.

• The request must be made within 14 days from receipt of the order.

• During the period of the Sales, Black Friday, return requests must be carried out within 7 days from receipt of the order.

• For returns made from abroad, the costs are borne by the customer.

🎁 Size change

• For new collection orders the first exchange is free in Italy, during the sales it requires a contribution of 3.90 euros.
  
  If the replacement product is also not to your liking and you decide to return it, the shipping costs for the second return will be borne by the customer, who will be free to choose the courier with which to ship the product.
  
  The shipment must be made to Pepperina Footwear, Piazza Ernesto De Angeli 12, 20146 Milan.
  
  Once the product has been received and verified, Pepperina will proceed with the refund according to the methods set out in these conditions of sale.
  
  

• For items from the new collection, returns are also free on orders over €90.

🚚 Shipping and returns costs

• Italy: Free shipping on orders over €90, otherwise €3.90.

• THEThe return cost is free on the new collection above €90 and is paid during the sales period, Black Friday and other promotions at a cost of €6.90
  

• Shipping costs to Europe: €13.

• Extra EC costs Outside Europe: €30.

📦Returned product conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• intact as received,

• never used,

• undamaged,

• complete with original packaging.

👜 Returns on bags and accessories

Our bags are made or prepared on request, based on each individual order.

For this reason There is no refund for the amount paid for bags and accessories.

It is still possible:

• request an exchange for another item within 14 days from delivery;
  
  
• request a purchase voucher, valid 12 months, usable on our entire catalogue.

To be eligible for the exchange or voucher, the bag must be returned intact, never used, complete with any accessories and in the original packaging.

Pepperina Calzature reserves the right to refuse requests that do not comply with these conditions.

💳 Refund Policy

The refund will be made with the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within 14 working days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
