Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

At Pepperina, we want every purchase to be a wonderful experience.
If something isn't right or the fit isn't perfect, you can request an exchange or return quickly and easily.

📌 How to request a return or exchange

  1. Send an email to pepperinacalzature@gmail.com or a WhatsApp message to the dedicated number +39 392 3741948.

  2. One of our representatives will contact you to arrange a pickup date and time. The courier will come directly to your home.

✨ Return policy

  • You can return the product and request reimbursement or a Return voucher valid for 1 year.

  • The request must be made within 14 days from receipt of the order.

  • During the period of the Sales, Black Friday and promotions, the return must be made within 7 days.

🎁 Size change

  • The size exchange is free in Italy (valid for one exchange).

  • For items from the new collection, returns are also free on orders over €90.

  • During sales, Black Friday or promotions the cost of returns/exchanges is €5.90.

🚚 Return shipping costs

  • Italy: free for new collections over €90, otherwise €3.90.

  • Europe: €13.

  • Outside Europe: €35.

📦 Returned product conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • intact as received,

  • never used,

  • undamaged,

  • complete with original packaging.

👜 Returns on bags and accessories

The bags are custom made for each customer.
For this reason We do not provide financial refunds on these articles.

It is possible:

  • request an item exchange within 14 days, or

  • request a good to be used within 1 year.

The bag must be in original condition and never used.
We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet the requirements.

💳 Refund Policy

The refund will be made with the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within 3–5 working days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
